The Approach
I am a trainer, and my job is to give you great workouts. However, my goal is also to help you find your own personal relationship with fitness. I want you to be excited about exercise rather than viewing it as a burden or punishment. Because, let’s be honest, you’re not going to stick to something you hate doing!
Together, we will examine your lifestyle as a whole. What small changes can we make to set you up for healthier living? How many days can you realistically commit to working out? What other challenges and stressors do you have in life, and how can adding a structured exercise program help alleviate some of that stress rather than add to it?
