Our personalized training and nutrition packages are designed to optimize your health and fitness. To maintain consistency and adherence, these packages are valid for three months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. We believe this timeframe ensures a focused and effective journey towards your fitness goals. Sessions/packages cannot be transferred to other parties or exchanged for other goods/services.
